In the schematic design process we will discover your families needs and desires for your custom home and begin laying out the floor plan and creating an exterior concept for your approval.
Design Development

Once the initial design and layouts are approved we begin refining the plans and elevations until we are ready to get the home engineered. This phase is crucial to get just right so that you can get accurate bids.
Bidding

During this phase we send plans out to contractors so we can make sure the plans fall withing the budget specified. We then work with the selected contractor to refine and enhance the plans as needed.
Construction Documents

Once a budget is approved, we continue developing the plans until we are ready to issue a permit set to the city and the contractor has the details needed to accurately build the home.
Construction Admin.

Once the home is in construction we continue to support the contractor and do scheduled walk throughs to make sure you receive the high quality home that was designed and approved.
